TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR USE OF THE FAMILYLAW.COM.SG OR DIVORCE.COM.SG WEBSITE

This Agreement contains the terms and conditions that govern your use of the familylaw.com. or divorce.com. website and services ("the Services"). In this Agreement, "Site" or "Website" refers to the familylaw.com.sg or divorce.com.sg website, "We" and/or  "Us" refers to W. M. Low & Partners and "You" refers to any individual or entity using the Services. By using this Site, you signify your assent to these terms of use. We fully reserve all right to modify, add, or remove any of these terms at our full and absolute discretion at any time without any prior notice. Please check these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of this Site will be deemed your acceptance of the terms and conditions in effect at the time of use.

SOLICITOR & CLIENT RELATIONSHIP

It is imperative to note that your use of this Site or forwarding any confidential information or payment or confirmation to us do not automatically create a solicitors' and clients relationship with us in any way, unless we confirm in writing that we are acting for you and had receive our fees for the subject matter. Until we conduct the conflict search and  confirm in writing that we are your solicitors, please do not assume so. We also reserve all rights to act for the opposing party against your interest at any point in time for the same subject matter, unless we have confirmed in writing using our firm's letterhead that we are acting for you. Needless to say, we are under no obligation to reply to any queries, unless and until we have assume the duty of acting as your solicitor.   

Even upon confirmation that we are acting as your solicitors, we are entitled to discharge ourselves at any point in time for any reason whatsoever.  

NOT LEGAL ADVICE

Whilst we have used efforts in preparing and providing the contents for the Site,  we cannot and do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, adequacy or currency of information contained or linked to this Site. Whilst we use our best efforts to complete the documentation of your request, the time line estimated is only a guide and shall not be a term of any agreement.  You have to ensure the accuracy of any information provided as we do not verify the same. It would be prudent to transmit copy of documentary evidence to us after we have assumed the duty to act for you. 

The payment you make is non refundable. If you have instructed to proceed with any documentation and we have completed the same, you would be liable for the full payment, even if you do change your mind subsequently and do not wish to proceed. 

THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS AND LINKED SITES

This site may contain links to third party services and websites, and we do not control the availability and content of linked sites and services. Any reference made on this Site to any third party information, service, process or product by trade name, hyperlink, reference or otherwise, does not constitute or imply an endorsement or recommendation by us.  You use third party websites solely at your risk and subject to the terms and conditions of use for such sites. We are not liable for any legal or other consequences that arise out of your visit or use of content or services.

RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF MATERIALS

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts.
